2004 Suzuki GSXR 600 STVA fix

Preface
The secondary throttle body motor or secondary throttle valve actuator(stva) goes out with time on the Gsxr. The way to fix them or repair is simple either solder the connections which get Lee with time or replace with another newer electric motor. I did both. First soldered and messed up the connections. Then I ordered a throttle body with stva and Tps sensor from a newer bike the 2006 Gsxr and replaced the electric motor. There is also a guy online who solderes your stva for you for a small fee.
Tools needed
1. Impact drill with Phillips driver.
2. 6 M4 bolts nuts and locking washers.
3. 1/8th or something close to that drill bit.
4. Pliers.

Step one:

Remove your old stva from your throttle bodies make sure to mark the position of TPS sensor with white marker.
Step two:

Drill out the metal clips that hold the motor housing together and take out the old electric motor.
Do the same for the stva from the donor bike.
Step three:

Replace old motor with motor from the donor bike. Use the bolts, nuts, and liking washers to assemble the stva.
Step four:

Put the stva bake on the throttle bodies of the bike make sure you align everything properly.
