2004 Suzuki GSXR 600 STVA fix

Preface
The secondary throttle body motor or secondary throttle valve actuator(stva) goes out with time on the Gsxr. The way to fix them or repair is simple either solder the connections which get Lee with time or replace with another newer electric motor. I did both. First soldered and messed up the connections. Then I ordered a throttle body with stva and Tps sensor from a newer bike the 2006 Gsxr and replaced the electric motor. There is also a guy online who solderes your stva for you for a small fee.
Tools needed
1. Impact drill with Phillips driver.
2. 6 M4 bolts nuts and locking washers.
3. 1/8th or something close to that drill bit.
4. Pliers.

Step one:

Remove your old stva from your throttle bodies make sure to mark the position of TPS sensor with white marker.
Step two:

Drill out the metal clips that hold the motor housing together and take out the old electric motor.
Do the same for the stva from the donor bike.
Step three:

Replace old motor with motor from the donor bike. Use the bolts, nuts, and liking washers to assemble the stva.
Step four:

Put the stva bake on the throttle bodies of the bike make sure you align everything properly.

Suzuki gsxr 600 rotor and bearings replacement

Tools needed:
Axle tool
Wrench
Torque wrench
6mm allen socket
Allen set
Loctite
Wood block
Hammer
Long screwdriver
32mm socket
Front pitstand
Breakloose the axle nut. Break loose four bolts ( two per side) that hold the axle in place on each side.
Take off calipers and tie them to the bike.
Take off the wheel. Use the allen(6mm) socket and wrench to unscrew the rotors from both sides.
Take off the dust cover off the bearing.
Look inside the wheel and you will find a spacer in between the bearings. Use the screwdriver to move the spacer to one side. Then put the screwdriver on the bearing and use the hammer to hammer it out.
Grease the bearing in synthetic grease. Place it in the axle hole. Make sure its level on all sides.
Use the wood block to hammer the bearing flush with the wheel.
Use the 32mm socket to hammer the bearing all the way in. Then place the new bearing dust cover over te bearing. Repeat for the other side.
Place the new rotors on the wheel and torque the bolts down. Use loctite on all the bolts.
