Suzuki gsxr 600 rotor and bearings replacement

Tools needed:
Axle tool
Wrench
Torque wrench
6mm allen socket
Allen set
Loctite
Wood block
Hammer
Long screwdriver
32mm socket
Front pitstand
Breakloose the axle nut. Break loose four bolts ( two per side) that hold the axle in place on each side.
Take off calipers and tie them to the bike.
Take off the wheel. Use the allen(6mm) socket and wrench to unscrew the rotors from both sides.
Take off the dust cover off the bearing.
Look inside the wheel and you will find a spacer in between the bearings. Use the screwdriver to move the spacer to one side. Then put the screwdriver on the bearing and use the hammer to hammer it out.
Grease the bearing in synthetic grease. Place it in the axle hole. Make sure its level on all sides.
Use the wood block to hammer the bearing flush with the wheel.
Use the 32mm socket to hammer the bearing all the way in. Then place the new bearing dust cover over te bearing. Repeat for the other side.
Place the new rotors on the wheel and torque the bolts down. Use loctite on all the bolts.
